Refund Policy

Something wrong? Contact the concierge first and it is usually corrected the same day. Anything that is our fault is replaced or refunded without interrogation, and unopened items may return within 30 days.

Something wrong? Email info@alwayspressure.com before anything else. Most issues are fixed the same day, and always contact us before disputing a charge with your bank (see our Chargeback Policy).

Our errors: fixed immediately

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with items missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number (photos help for damage claims). We will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping. No forms, no friction.

Returns: unopened products

  • Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the merchandise price.
  • Contact us first for a return authorization and the return address.
  • Return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  • Original shipping charges are not refunded on change of mind returns.

What cannot be returned

  • Opened consumable products: for health and safety reasons, once a seal is broken the product cannot be restocked or resold.
  • Products damaged after delivery through misuse or improper storage.

Refund timing

  • Refunds for our errors are issued immediately upon confirmation.
  • Refunds for returns are issued within 5 business days of our receiving the return.
  • All refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to post the credit.

Cancellations

We ship fast, so email us immediately if you need to cancel or change an order. If it has not shipped, we cancel and refund in full. Once it is with USPS, it follows the return process above.
