Shipping Policy

$10 flat, complimentary at $100 and up. Clear the 3PM Pacific weekday cutoff and it dispatches the same day, in an unmarked case that tells the carrier nothing, with tracking the moment it scans.

Rates

  • $10 flat via USPS anywhere we ship.
  • FREE on orders of $100 or more (calculated after discounts).

Speed

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM Pacific, Monday through Friday ship the same business day.
  • Orders after the cutoff, on weekends, or on federal holidays ship the next business day.
  • The storefront shows a live countdown to the daily cutoff so you always know which side of it you are on.

Tracking

A USPS tracking number is emailed to you automatically the moment your label is scanned. You can also check status anytime on our Track Order page using your order number and email. Carrier scans can take a few hours to appear after the label is created.

Packaging

Every order ships in plain, discreet, odor controlled packaging. There is no branding, no product description, and nothing on the outside that indicates the contents. Your business stays your business.

Destinations

We ship within the United States. Hemp derived product laws vary by state and change frequently. It is your responsibility to confirm our products are permitted where you live before ordering. See our Terms of Use.

Delivery issues

  • Damaged in transit: email photos of the package and contents to info@alwayspressure.com within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund.
  • Wrong or missing items: contact us within 7 days and we will make it right immediately.
  • Marked delivered but not received: check with household members and neighbors, then your local USPS office with the tracking number. Not resolved within 3 business days? Contact us and we will work it out with you.
  • Returned to sender / address error: we will reship at cost or refund the merchandise minus the original shipping.
